A wide range of options, good food. Huge room and big bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. Good location, really close to museo dell'islam. Based just off the city center.

The hotel offered a cozy and comfortable accommodation during my Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and various amenities nearby.- I particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The lack of parking facilities was a major inconvenience, forcing me to spend a significant amount of time searching for a parking spot.

Located a short distance from a lively market area, this charming B&B provided a relaxing stay with comfortable accommodations. the spacious room and updated bathroom were well-maintained, while the kitchen with its coffee maker and hot water added to the convenience. the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a range of options like fresh fruit juices, warm brioches, and yogurt.
The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication challenging.

The breakfast was okay and served on time, which was helpful for my meetings. the bed and pillows were comfortable enough to ensure a decent night's sleep. the hotel was located near some good shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or do some quick shopping.
The room was not very clean and had a funky odor. the bathroom was tiny, and the shower would leak onto the floor, making it slippery and dangerous.

The bed and breakfast was a great escape from the busy city center. The breakfast included fresh pastry, coffee, and other delicious treats that were always available. The accommodation was super clean and brand new, with well-maintained rooms and updated bathrooms. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, and even set up the breakfast tables like a cozy family meal.
The parking was a bit of a struggle as there was limited street parking and many parking garages to choose from. if you don't speak the language, communicating with the staff can be challenging.

We loved the personal touch at Il Genoardo Della Zisa. Michelle and his mother served a delicious breakfast every day and even asked us our preference for cornettes. the rooms were exactly as advertised, fully equipped and cleaned daily. Michelle was a great host, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. the B&B had a good location, not far from the city center, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.

The hotel's decoration was charming and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior guests like myself. The hallways and common spaces were spacious and free of obstacles, making it easy to navigate. Additionally, there were comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the ambiance of the hotel.
I would have appreciated a wider range of activities or entertainment for senior guests. While the location was great and the hotel provided a comfortable and safe environment, it would have been nice to have more options for evening socialization or organized activities.
